May 9 is International Migratory Bird Day. Join Dot Bambach on a survey to find as many bird species as we can on Savannah NWR. There should be a good mix of late migrants, nesting songbirds, wading birds and perhaps a few lingering waterfowl. Meet at the entrance to the Laurel Hill Wildlife Drive off SC 170 in South Carolina. For more information, contact Dot at firstname.lastname@example.org or
Bring binoculars, sun and insect protection, sturdy footwear, and water and a snack on all field trips. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
