We had a very productive day with our facilitator, Joan Patterson, at the FWS house on Pinckney Island NWR yesterday. Eighteen Friends and staff had a very dynamic and interactive day laying out what we need to do over the next five years to build on our success so far as an organization. Joan is consolidating all the ideas and will return them to us so that we can develop a timeline of action. It was a very useful two days!
A special thanks to Twila Gray, Dale and Connie Terrell, and Dan Vogt who did such a wonderful job preparing the house ( an old hunting lodge) for the meeting and for preparing a gourmet lunch for us all. We also own a lot to Joan for giving up her weekend to travel from DC to Savannah to assist us.
Watch for more to come about the Strategic Planning process.
